Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

Initial signs of a faulty fuel injector may include a noticeable drop in engine power or an increase in black exhaust smoke. If left unaddressed, the engine may begin to misfire, leading to increased fuel consumption and potential damage to other engine components. Continued operation with a compromised injector can result in uneven cylinder loading and premature wear on the crankshaft and bearings.

Installation Tip

Ensure the injector bore is clean and free of debris before installation to prevent leaks and ensure proper sealing. Avoid overtightening the injector hold-down clamp, as this can distort the injector body or damage the cylinder head.

Service Note

Always replace the fuel filter and inspect fuel lines when replacing fuel injectors.
