Failure Symptoms

The earliest indication of a failing fuel transfer pump is often intermittent engine sputtering or hesitation, particularly under load. If the pump's performance degrades further, the engine may experience rough idling and eventually fail to start due to insufficient fuel delivery. A completely failed pump will result in immediate engine shutdown.

Installation Tip
