Failure Symptoms

The most critical consequence is insufficient lubrication, which can cause severe engine damage and premature component failure.

Installation Tip

Ensure the mounting surfaces on both the housing and the engine block are perfectly clean and flat before applying sealant or installing the gasket. Do not overtighten the housing bolts, as this can warp the housing or strip the threads.
