This is a Pump Coupling (PTO) designed to connect the engine's power take-off to the hydraulic pump, transmitting rotational force. It is constructed from high-strength materials to withstand the torque and vibration inherent in heavy equipment operation, offering superior longevity over a worn or damaged coupling. Operators might experience a loss of hydraulic power, unusual noises from the drivetrain, or vibration if this coupling fails.
Always verify with serial number before ordering.

Flush hydraulic lines before fitting new components. Use only manufacturer-specified hydraulic fluid. Check O-rings and backup rings for correct orientation. Bleed air from system after installation.
Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.
The first indication of a failing PTO coupling is often a noticeable slippage or complete loss of hydraulic power. This can progress to severe vibration transmitted through the drivetrain and audible grinding or clunking noises. Continued operation without addressing a failed coupling can lead to damage to the PTO shaft and the hydraulic pump's input shaft.
Clean both shaft surfaces thoroughly before attempting to install the new coupling to ensure a proper fit. Never use excessive force to hammer the coupling into place, as this can damage the splines on either shaft.
Inspect the condition of the PTO shaft and the hydraulic pump's input shaft for any signs of wear or damage during coupling replacement.
