Failure Symptoms

The first sign of failing bucket cylinder seals is often visible hydraulic fluid leakage from the cylinder rod. If ignored, this leakage will worsen, leading to reduced hydraulic pressure, slower or erratic bucket operation, and potential loss of the bucket's ability to hold its position. Continued operation with compromised seals can lead to contamination of the hydraulic system and damage to the cylinder bore.

Installation Tip
