This is a boom cylinder seal kit, containing all necessary seals and O-rings to rebuild a hydraulic boom cylinder. It is manufactured from high-quality materials to ensure a tight seal and prevent hydraulic fluid leakage under high pressure. A leaking boom cylinder seal can cause the boom to drift down under load, exhibit slow extension, or make noise during operation.

Flush hydraulic lines before fitting new components. Use only manufacturer-specified hydraulic fluid. Check O-rings and backup rings for correct orientation. Bleed air from system after installation.
Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.
The most common symptom is the boom slowly drifting down when holding a load or when the engine is off. You may also notice hydraulic fluid leaks around the cylinder rod or hear unusual noises during boom operation. Continued operation with worn seals can lead to internal cylinder damage and reduced hydraulic system efficiency.
Carefully inspect the cylinder rod for any scoring or damage before installing new seals; a damaged rod will quickly ruin new seals. Ensure all old seal material is completely removed from the cylinder grooves.
Inspect the hydraulic fluid for signs of contamination and check the condition of the cylinder barrel for scoring when replacing boom cylinder seals.
