Failure Symptoms

The first indication of a restricted air filter is a gradual decrease in engine power and throttle response. Continued operation with a severely clogged filter can lead to internal engine damage due to poor combustion and increased wear.

Installation Tip

Before installing the new filter, clean the inside of the air filter housing to remove any accumulated dust or debris. Ensure the filter is seated correctly and the housing is sealed tightly.
