Failure Symptoms

A failing GT4594 turbocharger often first manifests as a noticeable reduction in engine power and acceleration, accompanied by increased exhaust smoke. Installation Tip

Prime the new turbocharger by pouring oil into the oil inlet port and rotating the shaft by hand to ensure the bearings are lubricated. Ensure all exhaust and intake connections are properly sealed to prevent leaks.
