How long does shipping to Nairobi take?
Air freight (DHL/FedEx) from Mumbai to Nairobi typically takes 4–6 business days. Sea freight takes 14–28 days and is suitable for large bulk orders. All orders confirmed before 3 PM IST ship the same day.
Do you supply both OEM and aftermarket Volvo parts?
Yes — we supply OEM-specification aftermarket Volvo parts as standard, and can source genuine OEM parts on request. Both grades ship with commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
What documentation do you provide for international orders?
Every export shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (COO), and GST invoice. HS codes are declared accurately on all documents. LC (Letter of Credit) is accepted for large orders.
Can you source Volvo parts not listed on your website?
Yes — send us the part number on WhatsApp and we will check availability within 60 minutes from our network of 200+ suppliers across India. Hard-to-find and discontinued parts are a speciality.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (TT/SWIFT), Letter of Credit (LC for orders above USD 10,000), and online payment for smaller orders. We invoice in USD, EUR, or INR.
Do you supply Volvo D13 engine parts?
Yes — D13A, D13B, D13C, and D13K engine parts are all stocked. Key parts include unit injectors (85000401), EGR coolers (20543039), VGT turbochargers, oil filters, and fuel filters. We supply for FH13, FM, and FMX trucks as well as EC460/EC700 excavators.
Can you supply Volvo I-Shift gearbox parts?
Yes. We stock clutch actuators (21534225), selector pistons, solenoid valves, and GRS/GRSO range cylinder kits. We also supply Opticruise pneumatic components for older Scania-built gearboxes fitted to Volvo FMX construction variants.
