How long does shipping to Almaty take?
Air freight (DHL/FedEx) from Mumbai to Almaty typically takes 4–6 business days. Sea freight takes 14–28 days and is suitable for large bulk orders. All orders confirmed before 3 PM IST ship the same day.
Do you supply both OEM and aftermarket CAT parts?
Yes — we supply OEM-specification aftermarket Caterpillar (CAT) parts as standard, and can source genuine OEM parts on request. Both grades ship with commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
What documentation do you provide for international orders?
Every export shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (COO), and GST invoice. HS codes are declared accurately on all documents. LC (Letter of Credit) is accepted for large orders.
Can you source CAT parts not listed on your website?
Yes — send us the part number on WhatsApp and we will check availability within 60 minutes from our network of 200+ suppliers across India. Hard-to-find and discontinued parts are a speciality.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (TT/SWIFT), Letter of Credit (LC for orders above USD 10,000), and online payment for smaller orders. We invoice in USD, EUR, or INR.
What CAT excavator models do you supply parts for?
We supply parts for the full CAT excavator range: 308 through 395, covering C, D, and current generation variants. Most common requests are for the 320D/323D (C9), 336D (C9 ACERT), and 390F (C18). We stock engine, hydraulic, undercarriage, and electrical parts for all.
Do you stock CAT C9 HEUI injectors?
Yes — the C9 HEUI injector (10R-7222) is one of our highest-volume Caterpillar parts. We carry OEM-specification aftermarket units and can source genuine CAT on request. Typical lead time from Mumbai to your city is 4–6.
Can you supply CAT undercarriage for a 320D?
Yes. We stock track links (9X-8522), track shoes, rollers, idlers, and sprockets for the 320C, 320D, and 320D2. We can supply a full undercarriage kit or individual components.
