Failure Symptoms

Early signs of failure may include a fluctuating or low oil pressure reading on the gauge. If ignored, the engine may begin to exhibit increased internal friction and noise due to inadequate lubrication. The most severe consequence of prolonged operation with a failing oil pump component is severe engine damage from lack of lubrication.

Installation Tip
