This fuel water separator is a crucial filtration component designed to remove water and contaminants from the diesel fuel supply, protecting the engine's fuel system. Manufactured to meet rigorous OEM specifications, it offers superior filtration efficiency and durability over a worn or clogged unit. Operators may observe engine sputtering, difficulty starting, or a check engine light if this filter becomes saturated or fails.

Flush hydraulic lines before fitting new components. Use only manufacturer-specified hydraulic fluid. Check O-rings and backup rings for correct orientation. Bleed air from system after installation.
Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.
Early signs of a failing fuel water separator include intermittent engine hesitation or a slight reduction in power. If ignored, the engine may begin to run rough, experience stalling, or fail to start due to contaminated fuel reaching the injection pump. Continued use with a compromised separator can lead to costly damage to the fuel injection system.
Ensure the sealing surfaces on the filter head and the new separator are clean and free of old gasket material before installation. Hand-tighten the new separator, then give it an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn as specified by the manufacturer, avoiding over-tightening.
Drain any accumulated water from the separator bowl before installation and inspect the fuel lines for any signs of leaks.
