This hydraulic filter is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the hydraulic fluid within the system. Engineered to meet high filtration standards, it effectively removes contaminants that can cause wear and premature failure of hydraulic components. Operators may notice a gradual decrease in hydraulic system performance, increased operating temperatures, or unusual noises when the filter becomes clogged or ineffective.

Flush hydraulic lines before fitting new components. Use only manufacturer-specified hydraulic fluid. Check O-rings and backup rings for correct orientation. Bleed air from system after installation.
Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.
A clogged hydraulic filter can initially lead to slower hydraulic response times and increased system temperature. If left unchanged, the filter's reduced flow capacity can cause the bypass valve to open, allowing unfiltered fluid to circulate and accelerate wear on pumps and valves.
Ensure the filter mounting surface is clean and free of old gasket material before installing the new filter. Hand-tighten the filter until the gasket contacts the mounting surface, then tighten an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn, or as specified.
Inspect the hydraulic fluid for signs of contamination or degradation when replacing the hydraulic filter.
