This radial air filter element is essential for protecting the engine from airborne contaminants by trapping dust, dirt, and debris. Installation & Application Notes

Never run an engine without a filter — even briefly causes abrasive damage. Pre-fill fuel filters with clean fuel before fitting to reduce prime time. Replace O-rings on filter housings every second service. Record change dates on filter housing.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A clogged air filter will initially manifest as a gradual reduction in engine power and potentially increased fuel consumption. If left unaddressed, the engine may start to run rough, exhibit black smoke from the exhaust, and suffer from accelerated internal wear. In severe cases, prolonged operation with a blocked filter can lead to significant engine damage.

Installation Tip

Before installing the new element, clean the inside of the air cleaner housing thoroughly to remove any accumulated dust or debris. Ensure the new filter seats correctly and the cover is securely fastened to prevent air leaks.

Service Note

Inspect the pre-cleaner (if equipped) and intake piping for any damage or blockages when replacing the main air filter element.
