This clutch disc is a vital friction component within the transmission system, enabling the engagement and disengagement of power between the engine and drivetrain. Manufactured to meet strict OEM performance criteria, it provides consistent friction and durability compared to a worn or glazed disc. Operators may experience difficulty shifting gears, clutch slippage, a burning smell, or a spongy clutch pedal when this disc begins to fail.

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.
Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.
Early signs of a failing clutch disc include a noticeable shudder or vibration when engaging the clutch, or a reduction in acceleration. If the friction material wears down significantly, clutch slippage will occur, causing the engine RPM to increase without a corresponding increase in vehicle speed, and potentially a burning odor. Continued operation with a worn disc can damage the flywheel and pressure plate, leading to more extensive and costly repairs.
Ensure the flywheel and pressure plate surfaces are clean, smooth, and free of oil or grease before installation. Use a clutch alignment tool to properly center the disc before tightening the pressure plate bolts.
Always replace the clutch pressure plate and release bearing when installing a new clutch disc.
