Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

The first sign of a failing fuel injector is often a rougher engine idle or a slight decrease in engine power. If left unaddressed, the issue can lead to increased fuel consumption, difficulty starting, and potential engine misfires. Continued operation with a faulty injector risks uneven cylinder loading and potential damage to other engine components.

Installation Tip

Ensure the injector seat in the cylinder head is perfectly clean and free of debris before installation. Avoid overtightening the injector hold-down clamp, as this can distort the injector body or damage the cylinder head threads.

Service Note

Always replace the fuel filter when replacing fuel injectors to prevent contamination of the new component.
