Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A failing fan may initially cause intermittent overheating, especially under heavy load or at low speeds. Continued operation with a damaged fan can lead to reduced cooling efficiency, potentially causing engine damage over time. The worst consequence is sustained overheating, which can result in severe engine component failure.

Installation Tip

Before installing a new fan, ensure the fan clutch (if equipped) and mounting surfaces are clean and free of debris. Avoid overtightening the mounting bolts, as this can strip the threads or warp the fan hub.

Service Note

Inspect the radiator and fan shroud for damage or obstructions when replacing the fan.
