Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

The first indication of a failing fuel injector is often a rough engine idle or a noticeable loss of power. As the problem progresses, you may observe increased fuel consumption, excessive exhaust smoke (black or white), and potential engine misfires. If left unaddressed, a faulty injector can lead to incomplete combustion, cylinder washing, and potential damage to pistons and valves, significantly impacting engine longevity.

Installation Tip

Ensure the injector seat in the cylinder head is perfectly clean and free of carbon deposits before installing the new injector. Avoid rotating the injector during installation, as this can damage the sealing surfaces.

Service Note

Inspect the fuel lines and filter for any signs of contamination, and consider replacing the glow plugs if the engine experiences hard starting.
