Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

Initial symptoms of a failing wiper motor include slow or intermittent wiper operation and unusual noises during movement. The wipers may stop intermittently or fail to park correctly. If left unaddressed, the motor can fail completely, leaving the operator with impaired visibility in poor weather conditions.

Installation Tip

Before installing the new motor, ensure the wiper linkage is clean and moves freely by hand to avoid binding. Do not overtighten the mounting bolts, as this can strip the threads or deform the motor housing.

Service Note

Inspect the wiper linkage, wiper arms, and wiper blades for wear or damage when replacing the wiper motor.
