Failure Symptoms

The first sign of failing stick cylinder seals is typically visible hydraulic fluid leakage around the cylinder rod or casing. If left unaddressed, this leakage will worsen, leading to slower and less responsive boom/stick operation and reduced lifting capacity. Eventually, the cylinder may lose its ability to hold position under load, compromising machine operation.

Installation Tip
