Failure Symptoms

The first indication of a failing seal kit is often external hydraulic fluid leakage around the cylinder rod. This leakage will likely worsen over time, leading to a noticeable decrease in hydraulic system pressure and slower, less responsive cylinder movements. If left unaddressed, the cylinder may lose its ability to hold a load or perform its intended function, impacting equipment operation.

Installation Tip
