This oil filter is essential for removing contaminants from the engine oil, ensuring proper lubrication and extending engine life. Constructed with high-efficiency filter media, it captures finer particles than a clogged or damaged filter, maintaining optimal oil cleanliness. Operators may observe a rise in oil pressure warning lights, increased engine noise, or a reduction in engine performance when the filter becomes excessively dirty or fails.

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.
Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.
A clogged oil filter may initially cause the oil pressure warning light to illuminate intermittently or the engine to sound slightly rougher. If the filter bypass valve opens due to excessive clogging, unfiltered oil circulates, leading to accelerated internal engine wear. The worst consequence is severe damage to engine components due to abrasive contaminants in the oil.
Always lubricate the rubber gasket on the new filter with clean engine oil before installation to ensure a proper seal. Hand-tighten the filter firmly, then an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn, but do not overtighten.
When replacing the oil filter, it is also recommended to change the engine oil and inspect the oil pan and pickup tube for any debris.
