Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

Early signs of a failing roller bearing include increased noise, such as humming or grinding, coming from the affected component. As wear progresses, vibration will become more pronounced, and the component may feel stiff or bind during operation. Continued use with a worn bearing can lead to premature failure of the shaft or housing it supports.

Installation Tip

Thoroughly clean the bearing housing and the shaft before installation to remove any old grease, debris, or metal particles. Ensure the bearing is seated squarely and fully into its housing; do not use excessive force or hammer on the bearing.

Service Note

Inspect the shaft and housing for scoring or wear, and check the lubrication system for the affected component when replacing the roller bearing.
