Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A failing turbocharger might initially produce a faint whining or whistling sound that gradually increases in volume. This can progress to noticeable power loss, especially during acceleration, and visible blue or black smoke from the exhaust. Continued operation with a damaged turbocharger risks internal engine damage from oil consumption or debris entering the intake or exhaust system.

Installation Tip

Thoroughly clean the oil supply and drain lines before installing the new turbocharger to prevent contamination. Ensure the engine oil is fresh and at the correct level before initial startup.

Service Note

Inspect the engine's air filter, intake piping, exhaust system, and oil supply lines for any restrictions or leaks when replacing the turbocharger.
