This is a high-efficiency fuel filter designed to remove contaminants from the diesel fuel supply before it reaches the engine's injection system. Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

Initial signs of a failing fuel filter include a gradual loss of engine power, especially under load, and potentially rougher idling. If ignored, the engine may become difficult to start, experience intermittent stalling, and suffer from reduced fuel efficiency.

Installation Tip

Always prime the new fuel filter with clean diesel fuel before installation to prevent air from entering the fuel system. Ensure the sealing surfaces on both the filter and the engine are clean and free of debris.

Service Note

Inspect the fuel lines and water separator for any signs of leaks or contamination when replacing the fuel filter.
