Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A leaking radiator will first manifest as a persistent loss of coolant, requiring frequent top-offs. If left unaddressed, the coolant level will drop to a point where the engine cannot be adequately cooled, leading to severe overheating. Continued operation without proper cooling can cause significant internal engine damage.

Installation Tip

Ensure the new radiator is thoroughly flushed before installation to remove any manufacturing debris. Avoid overtightening the mounting bolts, as this can distort the radiator core and lead to leaks.

Service Note

Inspect and replace coolant hoses and the radiator cap if they show signs of swelling, cracking, or degradation.
