108-5751 Clutch Disc — Cat 3306

This clutch disc is a critical component of the drivetrain system, designed to engage and disengage power transmission between the engine and transmission. It is manufactured to meet stringent OEM quality standards, ensuring superior friction material performance and durability compared to a worn disc that may exhibit glazing or material degradation. Symptoms of a failing clutch disc include difficulty shifting gears, a slipping clutch pedal, or a burning smell during operation.

Installation & Application Notes

Inspect mating surfaces for wear before fitting. Use torque specs from service manual. Replace gaskets and seals as a set — reusing compressed gaskets causes oil leaks. Clean all oil passages with compressed air.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

The first sign of a failing clutch disc is often a noticeable slippage, where engine RPMs increase without a corresponding increase in vehicle speed. If left unaddressed, this slippage will worsen, leading to difficulty in engaging gears and potential overheating of the clutch assembly. Continued operation with a severely worn clutch disc can result in an inability to transmit power, leaving the equipment immobile.

Installation Tip

Ensure the flywheel surface is clean and free of grease or debris before installation, as contamination can lead to premature slippage. Avoid overtightening the pressure plate bolts, as this can warp the clutch assembly and cause engagement issues.

Service Note

Inspect the pressure plate and release bearing for wear or damage when replacing the clutch disc.
