Installation & Application Notes

Disconnect main battery before working on electrical components. Use dielectric grease on all connector pins. Check ground connections — most electrical faults trace to poor grounds. Test with multimeter before installing new parts.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

The most immediate sign of failure is a complete loss of light from the affected fixture or a non-illuminating indicator. If ignored, this can lead to reduced visibility during operation in low-light conditions or a missed warning signal. Failure to replace a critical indicator bulb could result in operating the machine with an unaddressed system fault.

Installation Tip

Always allow the bulb to cool completely before attempting removal, as they can become extremely hot during operation. Avoid touching the glass surface of a new bulb with bare fingers, as oils can cause premature failure.

Service Note

Inspect the socket and wiring for any signs of corrosion or damage when replacing a bulb.
