3508687 Fan As-Condenser — Cat 621H 623H

This Condenser Fan Assembly is integral to the air conditioning or cooling system, drawing air across the condenser coils to facilitate heat exchange. Manufactured to meet OEM standards, it ensures efficient operation and durability, unlike a damaged or unbalanced fan. Operators may experience reduced cooling performance or unusual noises from the rear of the machine if this fan assembly fails.

Installation & Application Notes

Flush cooling system with distilled water before refilling. Use pre-mixed coolant — never plain water, which causes corrosion. Pressure-test system after any cooling repair. Check thermostat by immersing in hot water — should open at rated temperature.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

The initial symptom of a failing fan assembly may be increased noise, vibration, or a noticeable decrease in cooling effectiveness. If the fan fails completely, the condenser will not be adequately cooled, leading to a significant drop in air conditioning performance or potential overheating of the system. This can render the operator cabin uncomfortably hot, impacting productivity.

Installation Tip

Ensure the fan blades are correctly oriented to pull air in the intended direction before final tightening. Avoid overtightening the mounting bolts, which can strip threads or damage the fan hub.

Service Note

Inspect the condenser fins for damage or blockage and check the AC system's refrigerant levels when replacing the fan assembly.
