Installation & Application Notes

Always replace brakes in axle sets. Bed-in new brake pads with 8–10 moderate stops from 40 km/h. Check disc runout with a dial gauge — maximum 0.1 mm. Inspect caliper slides and pistons when replacing pads.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A spongy or soft brake pedal is often the first indication of an actuator issue. If ignored, braking distances will increase, and the system may begin to leak fluid or air. Continued operation with a failing actuator significantly compromises the equipment's ability to stop safely.

Installation Tip

Ensure all brake lines are clean before connecting them to the new actuator to prevent internal contamination. Overtightening mounting bolts can distort the actuator housing, leading to leaks or premature failure.

Service Note

Always inspect brake pads, rotors, and associated hydraulic or air lines when servicing the brake actuator.
