Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A failing bearing may first present as a subtle humming or grinding noise that increases with speed. If ignored, the noise will become more pronounced, and the affected component may feel rough or bind during operation. Continued use risks significant damage to the shaft or housing, leading to more extensive repairs.

Installation Tip

Ensure the bearing seat in the housing is perfectly clean and free from any old lubricant or debris. Carefully align the bearing before pressing it in to prevent any tilting or binding, which can damage the bearing races.

Service Note

Inspect the shaft and housing for any signs of wear, scoring, or contamination that may have led to the original bearing failure.
