Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A failing bearing may initially produce a high-pitched squealing or grinding noise that changes with speed or load. If ignored, the bearing can seize, causing restricted movement or complete stoppage of the component it supports, potentially leading to secondary damage.

Installation Tip

Carefully inspect the bearing housing and the shaft for any burrs or contamination before attempting installation. Press the bearing in squarely to avoid damaging the races.

Service Note

When replacing a bearing, inspect the surrounding components, such as seals, shafts, and housings, for any signs of wear or damage.
