Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A failing 7K3711 bearing may initially produce a low grinding sound or a noticeable increase in operating temperature. As the wear progresses, the noise will become more pronounced, and the operator might experience increased resistance or vibration when operating the affected component. Continued use risks severe damage to the shaft and housing, potentially leading to immobilization of the machine.

Installation Tip

Ensure the shaft and the bore are meticulously cleaned and free of any burrs or debris before installing the new bearing. Use a proper bearing press or driver to ensure the bearing is seated evenly and squarely.

Service Note

Inspect the shaft and housing for any signs of contamination, wear, or heat damage that could have contributed to the original bearing failure.
