Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

Early signs of failure may include a faint whining or grinding sound, especially when turning, and a slight increase in operating temperature. If ignored, the noise will become more pronounced, and excessive play can develop, leading to uneven tire wear or drivetrain issues. Continued operation risks significant damage to the axle components and potential loss of mobility.

Installation Tip

Ensure the bearing bore and shaft are completely clean and free of any contaminants before pressing the new bearing. Avoid cocking the bearing during installation; it must be seated perfectly parallel to its housing.

Service Note

Inspect the adjacent seals and axle shaft for any signs of wear or damage during the bearing replacement.
