Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

Visible damage such as cracks, dents, or missing sections is the primary indicator of a compromised guard. If ignored, the protected components are exposed to increased wear from dirt, moisture, or impact. The consequence is premature failure of the underlying parts, leading to costly repairs.

Installation Tip

Ensure all mounting points are clean and free of rust or debris before attaching the guard. Do not overtighten fasteners, as this can strip threads or warp the guard.

Service Note

Inspect the components being protected by the guard for any signs of damage or contamination that may have occurred prior to guard installation.
