Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

A failing tilt cylinder may initially exhibit slow or jerky tilting movements, or a tendency to drift downwards under load. If the issue progresses, hydraulic fluid leaks from the cylinder seals will become apparent, and the ability to hold or lift heavy loads will be significantly compromised. Continued operation risks loss of control over the implement and potential hydraulic system contamination.

Installation Tip

Before connecting hydraulic lines, ensure they are clean and free of any internal debris that could contaminate the new cylinder. Carefully align the cylinder mounting points to avoid stressing the rod or the cylinder body during attachment.

Service Note

Inspect hydraulic hoses, fittings, and the hydraulic pump for any signs of wear, leaks, or contamination that could affect the new cylinder's performance.
