Installation & Application Notes

Never strike bearings directly — use a bearing press or driver set. Heat housing (not bearing) to ease installation. Replace bearings in sets where applicable. Check housing bore diameter before fitting — out-of-round bores destroy new bearings.

Always consult the OEM service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures. WhatsApp our technical team if you need fitment guidance.

Failure Symptoms

An audible increase in noise, such as grinding or whining, from the affected component is the first sign of bearing failure. This is often accompanied by noticeable vibration and a potential decrease in the efficiency or responsiveness of the system. If left unaddressed, the bearing can seize, potentially damaging the shaft or housing it operates within.

Installation Tip

Ensure the shaft and the bore where the bearing will be installed are perfectly clean and free from any debris or burrs. Never apply force to the outer race when pressing the bearing onto a shaft, or vice versa.

Service Note

Inspect the shaft or bore for any signs of wear, scoring, or contamination that could have led to the bearing's failure.
